Learn more about our Loyalty ProgramYou can earn points in a variety of ways. For every $1 you spend, you'll earn 1 point. You can also rack up points by following us on social media and referring friends to join the SKINS™ loyalty program. Plus, don’t forget—you’ll score extra points on your birthday if you share it with us!
Our tiered loyalty system is designed to reward your commitment and elevate your experience. You start at the Bronze tier, earning 1 point for every $1 spent. Once you accumulate 1,000 points, you’ll level up to Silver, where you continue to earn points at the same rate but gain access to an exclusive discount. Reach 2,000 points, and you’ll hit Gold, unlocking all the Silver perks plus a free product. The more you earn, the greater the rewards—aim for the top and enjoy the full SKINS™ experience!
Redeeming your points is simple and flexible! You can cash out in increments of 100 points, which equals $5 off your next purchase. Feel free to use as many 100-point increments as you like—whether you’re redeeming a little or a lot, it’s all about maximizing your rewards and getting the most out of every point you’ve earned.
If you return a garment from an order where you earned loyalty points, those points will be deducted from your balance. For partial returns, only the proportionate points will be removed.
If you used points to pay, you'll get a refund for the amount charged to your original payment method. Keep your rewards on point by understanding how returns impact your balance!
Loyalty points are yours to use, but they expire every six months. Your portal will give you a heads-up one month before they’re gone, so keep an eye out and cash in those points before the clock runs out!
Click the "Rewards" icon at the bottom left corner of the webpage to dive into your loyalty portal. From there, you can check your points balance, hit “Redeem Points” to apply them to your order, and use the slider to choose how many points you want to use. The same pop-up lets you discover more ways to earn and keeps you updated on your transaction history.
